To book a plot in our project procedure as follow:-

  • Fill application form along with documents( pan, aadhar, and photo)
  • Cheque in favor of Harit Vatika Projects Pvt Ltd
  • Payment will be demanded as per the payment scheduled

We offer only one payment plan as per the payment plan leaflet, But majority of clients prefer down payment so they can have registry and mutation on their name

Loan is available from GIC housing for the construction of the house.
